No previous experience necessary and all levels of physical ability are welcome. You do what feels right for your body.
Joy draws from experience in Qigong and music to present this series of classes. A set of 6 weekly classes, this is open to new and returning participants. Practice with a group supports your individual learning and can help you deepen your experience of energy cultivation in your body and your life.
