“The class environment was comfortable, relaxed and friendly. I had a sense of peace from the first movement onwards. Joy supported the development of our Qi Gong practice with accompanying notes and recordings which I found to be very helpful. All told it was wonderful experience!” Gwenyth Luptak

“I was introduced to Qigong several years ago but never seemed (or made the time), to pursue it. But, I knew the holistic health benefits would be so beneficial. Finally the opportunity arrived and I took a course with Joy Cameron. At the time I had been experiencing regular heart palpitations for approximately 8 months & all medical tests were negative for a cause. The palpitations were uncomfortable and disconcerting. To my surprise, after only 2 or 3 classes of Qigong, they stopped completely for two days! I was so relieved! They did resume, but on a lesser intensity & at week 7 of doing Qigong, they are almost gone. I believe Qigong is such a gift & a wonderful opportunity for humanity to heal ourselves with minimal cost or inconvenience in our busy lives. My husband is now keen to try it & I’m hopeful more family members will do so in time. Starting my Qigong experience with Joy has been such a positive experience. Her gentle nature, loving presence & shared knowledge was much appreciated!” Andrea Hofmeyr

“As a newcomer to qigong I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was seeking a practice that would be calming while reducing the toxic energy that comes from worrying and over-thinking. I met my objective in this 6-session course. I now have a gentle, easy to follow 20 minute practice that is just as helpful to energize for a big day as it is to calm the mind for sleeping. Joy was very thorough and supportive. She provided illustrations, audio recordings, and written guides. I strongly recommend this course for anyone looking for an effective but easy way to clear the mind and refresh the body’s energy channels.” Leslie Gardiner

“As a woman in her 70s with a number of past injuries and musculoskeletal issues, I highly recommend Joy Cameron’s Qi Gong class. Not only is Qi Gong a gentle and enjoyable way to keep my body moving and to perhaps even mitigate some of my challenges such as scoliosis, but it is a wonderful form of meditation. Her six-week class enabled me to learn a basic sequence of moves that will support and enhance my well-being for the remainder of my life. Joy walks her talk, provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for even the most inexperienced beginner, and teaches the form with clarity and enthusiasm.”
