Qigong Private Sessions


Private, one-to-one qigong sessions with Joy.  Learn the Seasons Qigong at your own pace with individual instruction and guidance.  Can be adapted if you have an injury or condition that requires you to sit or modify the movements.  Focus on individual needs and/or prepare to join a  group class with more self-confidence.

In person or on Zoom.



Private one-to-one sessions with Joy  are offered in person locally or on Zoom.

Can be helpful for specific physical conditions that you want to heal , like headaches, chronic pain, injury, or to strengthen your immune system, improve your balance, and increase your energy and vitality. It can help you calm your busy mind, sleep better and feel more empowered to care for your own health.
