Salt Spring Island Seasons Qigong


An introduction to Qigong  with gentle movements,  cultivating health and well-being of body, mind and spirit. No previous experience needed.

For those who are returning students, this will give you a chance to practice and bring more benefit into your daily lives…more vitality, better sleep, healing…whatever you want to focus on at this time.




When: Wednesday mornings 9:30 am – 10:30 am

Where: Salt Spring Centre of Yoga, 355 Blackburn Rd. in the Garden room.

Cost: $97       (Note: Payment can be made online or by etransfer or cash as this is a local event)

Drop-in option: $20/class

The Seasons Qigong form is based on the 5-Element theory and uses movement, stillness, meditation, visualization, healing sounds and self-massage in its process of opening the energy flow to promote healing, balance, flexibility, strength, resilience and well-being.

It is simple and fun to learn. Practicing in a group amplifies the energy, so we all benefit from participating together. There are notes available to download and printout to assist with your learning and practice, as well as videos of each section.
