Zoom Qi Friday classes


Feeling the stress from world events and the turmoil we’ve been through these past few years?

Join our weekly qigong classes and start feeling calm, alert and full of vitality and joy. Sleep better, move with greater flexibility and ease, strengthen your muscles gently, and practice self love like you never have before.

This can be a valuable practice to keep centered and clear-headed and uplifted. You will have tools to help you support your own healing and well-being of body, mind and spirit.

If you are new to Qigong or Tai chi, you might feel better taking the Seasons class first. It will give you a chance to learn the movements one step at a time and to get a feel for the way we work with energy. After the six-week Seasons program, you are welcome to continue with the regular weekly group, where you can keep up the Seasons form and learn other movements and exercises to deepen your practice and support your wellness.





Zoom-Qi  with Joy offers weekly zoom classes to learn and practice vibrant wellness in connection with the group energy of participants both local and across the globe.

Learn ( or remember) practices for calming and centering in your body, quieting the busy mind, relaxing while being alert, transforming emotions, de-stressing and strengthening resilience.

The practices include simple, gentle movements, short meditations and guided visualization, breathwork, self-massage, and healing sounds. Recordings from the class will be sent out to help with your own practice between sessions.
